Oval Sea Goddess

This dreamy watercolor painting was inspired by thoughts on ecofeminism and the importance of honoring our oceans and our bodies as the beautiful mysterious creatures they are, deserving respect and care. 

Part of a series of three oval paintings originally shown at the New Orleans Art Center as part of La Femme, a group show curated by Don Marshall celebrating the work of 100 women artists in the New Orleans area.
